The reimbursement obligation as access hurdle to social pedagogical family support

چکیده
Zusammenfassung Je nach Unterstützungswohnsitz müssen Eltern in der Schweiz die Kosten für Inanspruchnahme von Sozialpädagogischer Familienhilfe selbst übernehmen. Sind dazu nicht Lage, werden diese zumeist rückerstattungspflichtigen Sozialhilfe subsidiär übernommen. Aufgrund dieser drohenden Rückerstattungspflicht besteht Gefahr, dass trotz vorhandenem Hilfebedarf auf verzichten, um eine Verschuldung gegenüber öffentlichen Hand zu vermeiden. In einer qualitativen Befragung 36 Sozialarbeitenden wurde untersucht, wie sie Problematik Beratung begegnen.
